game crash

game is crashing, with the kernell32 and ndll crashes every few minutes on me, have all the settings at low and running as admin, anyone know how to fix this? or should i just refund the game at this point?

i looked into it more and found out this isnt a hardware issue but an issue with the unreal engine itself
