Achievement of Reach Gladiator Rank won’t complete, even after i’ve completed quest

Help! I also have another quest of join the dark brotherhood that won’t complete either :(

Did you use a console command at any point?
If yes then achievements are disabled for your characters save.
You can fix this with a mod.

Nah no console commands were used.

Did you accidentally open console commands at some point and mistakenly typed something, doesn't have to actually be a cheat you typed, just typing something while console command is open, that'll disable your Achievements. When you load your saved game, is there an icon next to it of a trophy with a crack through it?

No icon next to my save or anywhere i can see
