Akatosh temple post endgame buff

There is no buff in temple of Akatosh after game ending,just no prompt on dragon statue also it has no collision
anyone know how to fix it?

could try leaving the town and wait 76 hours to see if that resets the cell. Not sure if it's present in this but the original but there was actually a 2nd model of the avatar outside the temple of the one in the temple district, with some tactical acrobatics you could reach its tail and get the buff that way (technically this is a 2nd unique copy as well so you can get the buff twice using this).
