How to start Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine?

Hello, how do I start the DLCs and what rank do is recommended?

I've seen quests asking me to be level 20.. i'm not sure if its those.

The journal entry 'A Door In Niben Bay' is the Shivering Isles quest. Go to Bravil, swim (or water-walk) out to the island in Niben Bay, then go through the portal.

You can start Knights of the Nine by speaking to the ranting prophet outside the temple in Anvil.

As far as I know, you can start either DLC whenever you want, but the earlier you do them, the weaker the reward loot will be due to level-scaling. (Apart from KOTN -- you can level up the gear by placing the pieces back on the armor stands in the Priory.)

LOLwat. You do the pilgrimage no matter what. All it does is reset your infamy if you have any.
