Bug report: Some issues with Chameleon

So first of all, when wearing 5 armor pieces enchanted with chameleon 20%, when you look at your character in third person you only have the general invisible outline. It seems the percentage is no longer used to make the character 100% invisible. This may have been done so you could still see your character when your invisible but I think that's lame because I wanted to be 100% invisible. It's also lame because in the mages guild quest with invisibility you can clearly see the person your trying to find...

There also seems to be some issue when removing the chameleon armor pieces, the player stays invisible and it seems I have to reload a save to restore being able to see the character. I've also had points where the quiver and bow equipped were visible but my character was invisible.
