no
you will just stack up levels and have to sleep over and over to keep triggering them

i see, thanks for the quick answer. :3
no. you can actually stay level 1 the whole game.

you can even skip level up on certain quests that forces you to sleep.

immediately after sleeping, quickly press escape.
you will cancel accessing the level up screen but the script will recognize that you have slept and will progress the quest.

The only thing you might encounter is that some unique items will be leveled to you when you obtain them. So they will be more powerful if you obtain them at a higher level. If you ask me, don't worry about it too much. Just play the game naturally and enjoy your new items and toys as you find them.

Imcreasing levels mostly helps attributes not skills (higher strength, health, magic, speed, magic regen) so in theory you could stay level 1 the whole game but the sweet spots are level 13 (expert alchemy equipment) 20 (most good loot spawns) and 30 (highest level equipment awards such as spelldrinker amulet with 26 spell absorb)

I recommend lower levels for non magic build and higher levels for magic build which is a prerequisite for expert and master difficulty. 20 is the sweet spot, 30 is unnecessary....chances are your useful attributes will be mostly max by 20-22 or so.

why do i need to stay lower levels for strength ogre build?
You can stay level 1 the whole time, but loot that you find is level dependent to the extent that people that are lower level tend to think their isn't any variety in their armor type until they reach higher levels.

You can train five times per level, so when you finally level up, don't forget to visit the trainers after each rest (unless you play without using them).

No but take note that quest reward is SCALE to your level. If your level is to low when you finish a quest what you will get is the worst version of what supposed to be the best items in the game. One great example is sins of a father quest in chorrol together with many sommerset isle quest.

So if you hate this i suggest you download that equipment scaling mod.
