No, with each game it became more like a simple console game / multiport UIs and now it's even owned by another company that made it a different engine and added political propaganda into a fantasy world.

There will never be an Elder Scrolls VI. Why? Because the modding community has done the work of Bathesda for them. As long as there is an active and vibrant Skyrim modding community that keeps money flowing into Bathesda's coffers, and fresh content flowing to the consumers, they have no incentive to produce a new game. Additionally, they're obviously reluctant to produce the next title in the series because of the raging success that Skyrim has been. If it falls even the slightest bit below the mark they have set for themselves, they'll be crucified by the gaming community at large. If you doubt my word in this, look at how they're being roasted over this remaster.

Problem is with each successive game they have stripped more and more stuff out of it while making no secret that they don't even care to write a good story anymore.
Skyrim was closer to being a hack and slash then an RPG.

At this point we would probably get a better game if they just released the world space and let modders make it then if bethesda did it themselves.

So why does GTA 6 exists if gameplay is same as in GTA 1:
Most of the gameplay revolves around driving and shooting, with occasional role-playing and stealth elements.

I think we'll see the Beyond Skyrim group finish and publish the rest of Tamriel before we'll see Bathesda come out with TES VI.

For how many years have they been teasing everyone with this? What have we seen of it? A single trailer.

I still maintain that we'll see the Beyond Skyrim group finish and publish the rest of Tamriel before Bathesda finishes TES VI.
