Red, Health Damage Type Visual Around Screen: Inquiry
I have zero negative effects and nothing negative in my attributes. The screen has red around it while I play. Looks like when your health is getting low. Am I missing something or is this just a glitch? I reload the game and it's still there. Just really curious.

Not sure. You can turn it off in the game options, though. I got rid of mine because I didn't need it.
