The Mythic Dawn set starts in Talos Plaza in front of Dragon stone there are barrels with a note to start quest and the Paladin set starts from priest on path to Kvatch talk to him

Gotcha, I'll start with the Priest on the path to Kvatch which is the easiest to find. I might have to YouTube the other one..
