Check your magic tab for "active effects." Are you wearing an enchanted item that grants sun damage?

Are you a vampire?

The ring that deals 150 fire damage to self is not a quest reward i would wear.
It's likely a graphical bug related to enchantments or magical effects. Effects are super buggy and tend to loop endlessly. Effects like chameleon make you appear as if you are fully invisible even when it's only 5% (not how it worked in the original, you slowly faded out with higher chameleon and 100% you were just fully gone) and this applies to enemies too, so a draemora with a chameleon 30% scroll can sneak up on you as if they're fully invisible, and this effect is permanent until you reload... it can also result in enemies becoming unlootable.

And you can sometimes have these persistent graphical effects not work when transitioning between zones as well when they're supposed to.

If you have Polymorphic Hemophilia you can still cure it before you become a full vampire, but if you slept several days after contracting it you will become a full vampire. If you slept outside or in a vampire cave though you can become a full vampire instantly (be sure to sleep only at a secure location).
Thanks all i have now cured myself, went to deepscorn Horn to get cured.
