Shivering Isles before Main Story?

So I have been doing all factions before the main story. Halfway through Mages Guild now and will do Thieves Guild next. After that I will have just Shivering Isles and the Main Story left. Is there any real reason to do Shivering Isles last or can I do it before the Main Story too? What are you thoughts?

Should be no problem, there are no reasons to leave the Shivering isles for last.

Its when you want to become the Mad God. You can pray to your self if do isles first then visit your own shrine.
