Could I rebuy it?
Hello. Just like the title. I bought this game when the first day it came out.

After I went into the open world, I found the problem that my setting isn't enough.
(I'm using laptop with NVIDIA RTX 3050 and 4GB VRAM, this game told me I should have 6GB, but I thought it would be fine so ignored it)

When I was in the jail and dungeon, FPS was fine. But in some big map or open world, it's only 30 FPS and even less. So I refunded it.

But I'm really like this game, and don't have enough money to buy a better computer, did they fix this problem? Or there's are some mod and tool could fix it?

There hasn't been any patches or updates to the game yet that would impact your performance. So if you were having difficulty running it before then nothing is going to change that now.
Although most of the problems and crashes with this game seem to be because of software development. I would say that you should at the very least meet the minimum spec requirements if you want to play with a decent framerate.

Reduce your settings and try I suppose. Don't really know what graphical reduction you would find acceptable. What settings were you playing at before.

why play a brand new game with improper hardware. You are a mess.

All setting to medium or lowest.
I'm not remember it clearly. (Sorry about that)

For me, I could accpet the lowest setting graphic for more FPS. So when I start playing a new game, I usually settle it to lowest graphical reduction.

Your pc having not enough Vram is not anything developers need to fix.
There is minimal requirements because that's what you need to be able and run the game, it's not that they lower the requirements to make low-end system run better on an Engine that is built to run on mid-high end systems because having such low v-ram makes you stutter, crash and have textures pop-in very noticeable.

I'm afraid that the only way to "fix" the issue, is upgrade your system.
