Why can't people discuss this without contradicting themselves on either side of this line they both drew?
Yes it does - my father has male body type and not type 1 as this game tries to show me
"Type 1" is not an official designation of either sex OR gender, it's a placeholder for "use whatever language you want." Why does that bother you? Is it because it reminds you that not everyone will choose what you choose? Is that threatening to you?
Stupid is one possibility, which certainly describes some who think there's only one way to view the world around them. Up to no good is also another possibility, and in fact it's pretty common with people who deal in fabricating outrage. You forgot the third possibility though, which is simply those who want to control the thoughts of others.
What you're failing to see is that quite a few people have traditional views on gender, but have no problem with games being inclusive to those who don't think like they do. If you have such traditional views, but simply cannot accept that others think differently, then you are going to fit into one of those three categories I've outlined.
So which is it? Please enlighten us why your views (and yours only) should be reflected in the language of the game, but none of those three categories describe you? Looking forward to your smart answer.
