Any mods that Group Quests by City/Area?
I tried looking but also don't know exactly how to search for this on Nexus.

It's not a mod, but it's something you should have handy when playing any elder scrolls offering: Uesp, the unofficial elder scrolls wiki. It's currently being updated for the remaster, but it *does* group quests by location, which can be handy.
