People are being drama queens and blowing it out of proportion.
They did admittedly change/censor some stuff like removing female version of armor/clothing & change a number of statues (The new versions overall appearing to be more covered up).
But they also made the flame atronach and dryad more sexualized then they were (assuming one can look past the part where they are monsters).
Overall its hard to argue against their being some censorship, but Oblivion was hardly that kind of game either way.
Some areas you can see were rushed, like Elytra missing mandible and antenae animations, or Blackwood Company armour not being dark, and much too close in appearance to base Steel armour.
