Can no longer equip the Shrouded Armor

Did the Broken Vows quest in Bruma for the DB. After completing it I noted that I was walking around nude. Got another armor of the same type from my stash and when I tried to put it on the message was "You can´t equip this enchanted item right now".

Checked active effects and there the Shrouded Armor is still listed. So the game things I am still wearing the armor.

Some people seem to use that glitch to get additional magic effects on their char but I don´t want that.

Is there a way to make the game recognize that I am no longer wearing this armor?

Seems to be same bug that affect ring of the viper eye that it also gets stuck on your character and you can equip extra ring because of it.
Other than than waiting patch to fix not much to do.
