that sounds serious, check your hardware asap.
GPU crash is the most likely reason. Six series are petty notorious for driver crashes as the cards were clocked pretty hard by vendors. So a lot are not exactly the most stable cards you can get. I would advise trying to lower the clocks and voltages for the game to 95% in Adrenaline. This should stabilise the card while playing the game and not cause it to spike and crash.
Thanks ill try it tonight

I have the 6800, with older drivers, no graphics crashes. Mine are 24.8.1 from 08/23/24 - but now I'm scared to update them after hearing your issues, since my game is running good :D

I wanted to check something really quick, did you just start the game and this has happened since the beginning? Or have you played a while and then it started?

There's been reports of people playing fine for a long time, then buying Dunbarrow Cove, upgrading it fully, then their game starts to have odd crashes. One person reported a progressive degeneration that started with a door crashing at Dunbarrow Cove, but they kept playing and it progressed to every door making them crash after a while.

Absolutely ridiculous comment when the problem likely only happens in this game that's known to be an unoptimised buggy mess. Also that might not even be GPU-related

Your response is indicivate of someone who does not know anything about what they are talking about and is only intent on causing problems of other players. I suggest you take your personal issues elsewhere, as the OP wants help. Not your personal views on the game.

As a 6600 owner I HAD lots of the errors the op is talking about and I know full well the reasons for it. Its a known problem with the cards having driver crashes causing hard locking with looping audio.

Sure it is, because you had an issue it's indicative of it happening for everyone?

I have a 6600 too among my many GPUs and no such issue. You can take your personal issues elsewhere and stop spreading nonsense.

The game is optimised like garbage and runs bad on nearly every GPU for reasons other than the hardware itself. Stop pretending that isn't the case.

Haven't have that, only "GPU crash dump" that i am still trying to figure out. Its weird that it haven't crash first 98h but now crash every 30 sec-30 min. Depending which game i load and where i am.
