Crashing with Nvidia? Here's what I did...

I had played up to about 50+ hours without any crashes, then I upgraded my Drivers to 576.40 which came out a few days ago... After that I had non-stop crashes.

I went back to the previous Video Driver 576.28 and I haven' had any crashes, just like I didn't have during my first 50'ish hours of play. One thing I did notice was that the options in the graphics settings seemed to change as well ( Unless I'm imagining things... )

If the game is crashing for you and you have installed the latest Nvidia drivers, try to revert back to version 576.28 like I did. I hope it helps =)

I played for hours on 576.40 today. I haven't seen one single crash since the launch and I always update my drivers when new ones come out. With that said, the experience with what works is different for everybody. Our setups and settings are different. Good for you that reverting back to an older version works. :)

Just an update from my post.. I've played about 4+ hours since I changed my Nvidia driver back to the previous version... I've had no crashes at all. If you have an Nvidia Graphics in your system and are having crashes since the latest driver update, go to Nvidia's website and download/install the previous driver like I did... with luck, the crashes will end =)
