Absorb + Drain Attribute + Damage over Time on Dagger
To conserve as much charges as possible, I can split the attributes to absorb and drain over time 50/50 as it will less costs... A drain health of 100pt would be nice but due to the way all the effects occurs at once, it isn't likely that the enemy's hp will drop low enough below 100 before the drain health kicks in?

100 Endurance removed on a player renders them to about 75 HP for my orc, cuz i still have 100 STR remaining. Maybe I make a custom spell with all the effects on self, to test on my orc to see how the effects layers out.

Also with it being on a dagger, generally aiming for the 8x multiplier base damage that's high enough to lower the overall health in the end game levels on adept (not sure how much hp the monsters and npcs will have around level 28+).

I can already kill them reliably already and is basically mixing and matching different enchantments though.

Arrow of immolations from the Thieves Den DLC added in has a 65 fire damage over 10ft on hit effect to the bow's own stat, so you can make a pretty powerful bow... But that 10ft effect leads to friendly fire one time in a KoTN final dungeon section so I reloaded lol.
You don't need much on Adept. You could get by with any combination of those 3 and be completely fine.
