Critical bug I can't finish the game

[Oblivion]

The final cutscene in the temple doesn't start for me because there is already a statue of a stone dragon there and Martin rests against it, which is why the cutscene doesn't start, I tried to roll back the saves, but it still appears. I also checked before the Oblivion army invaded the city, everything is fine and there is no dragon statue in the temple.
