I can't proceed with the Main Quest to gather allies for Bruma because the Vampire Cure quest is bugged
I can't speak with Count Hassildor for the main quest (Allies for Bruma). He always says, 'Please, go,' so I can't continue the main quest. Any help?

Oh I didn’t even know it was optional lol thank you so much! :-)
And good luck with The Great Gate. Save your game before entering it. I appear to have entered The Crash Gate after 30 hours of otherwise decent gaming. Would love to hear how it goes for you.

I've already finished the Great Gate part. It's working fine for me. no crashes at all! But I saw your reply, so I saved the game before entering it as well :-D
The problem is not the great gate, but the chaos before you can. The more allies you gathered, the worse it is, and the more assaults happen. My allies killed Jauffre and Martin (well, he is unkillable at this point) when I came back out of the gate. Might be a good idea to not get all possible allies.
