Edit: Fun fact about ESO is that the map of Oblivion is basically one pvp zone in ESO. If you don't pvp, don't go there. But it is remarkable that the old forts we visit in TES4 are the forts players fight over in ESO.
Actually now that I think about it, I don't know if that would be such a good thing. Could you imagine the installation size and time if it was the entire map of Tamriel.

You played elden ring? Ever wondered why a lot of the loot you find is garbage like crafting material ?
