how do you make a naga queen, etc?

Im in skirmish mode and I dont see how to advance any of the monsters.

Did you play the campaign? It will show you how to produce the healers. However, in skirmish mode I really haven't found a way to produce the other naga unit type, the medusa ones yet. There's simply not enough gold in the levels, unless I'm doing something wrong. Did you mean those?

I had 80k gold but saw no way to level them to queens etc. I havent done the campaign yet, no.

Place the monster on the training dummy, then look at the command box - you'll see the option to train a naga queen. At Throne Room 3 for the Horde you'll unlock another option to train all your units to.

First you need to complete an evil side quest, depicted by an evil face icon on the overworld map. Then level up dungeon to level 2 which allows arena to be build.

Then pick a normal naga and drop it on the arena pit. If successful (enough population space) a training dummy will pop up out of the pit. Click on pit and then click on naga queen icon to train that unit into it.
