Mouse problems
Hey, whenever I go to options, my normal mouse cursor comes into play and I cant select tiles anymore, or drag around units. It doesnt seem to go away unless I reload my save or reboot the game, which is a drag if it occurs every time I go to options.
I tried looking for the answer in other discussions, but it just redirects me to downloading mouse drivers. Which are already up to date.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Glazelf,
have you got other controllers attached, or dongles for other (wireless) controllers?
This might cause the problem. So best would be unplugging all controllers/dongles before starting the game.

What about the mouse you are using. Might it be some kind of exotic mouse, such as a mouse not quite often used/bought for the several of reasons?
Please feel free to share as much information as possible.

No, I do not have any controllers or dongles for other controllers attached.

My mouse is just fine, it has never shown any of these problems before, it's only with this game.

It seems to be some kind of mouse anchoring issue, maybe. I don't think it's on my side, there might be a hotkey that I'm missing that fixes this, but I couldn't find it anywhere, and couldn't find the solution online so I made this discussion. Thanks for responding, but the problem still persists.

Well most people just change the options once then leave it :^)

It sometimes occurs when I pause the game, which is slightly more problematic since I do that quite a lot :^)

I semi-fixed it, it fixes itself by going to the overworld and back, by which it reloads the giant hand cursor instead of the small one. Problem was I hadn't unlocked the overworld at the time I made this topic.
It's still a problem in the game, but it's not that problematic for me anymore.
