2. Rush for at least tier 2 units like for example the skeleton becomes a sniper. Tier 1 units dont cut it.
Only useful tier 1 units are zombies for damage tanking and skeletons because they can do somewhat save range damage. I dont build more then 2 ghost girls/wraith at the start for mana (prioritise population upgrades!) and no bats they both are just to weak to justifie more population points you could use on more workers at the start.
Of course as soon as you can upgrade them (for example the wraith becomes an aoe dps banshee) you should get some of them AND upgrade them as soon as possible.
Tier 3 bats (nosferatu) there bat swarm spell is borderline op you definitly should get them.
3. You HAVE to rush for tier 2 units as i wrote already. Just enough to at least get however is controling the stones at this point away from it. Of course you can play with the timer.
Undead can resurrect fast and with a big enough graveyard all at ones so just bum rush however is controling the stones.
While doing this you can build up your forces and even invade the other evils dungeons to stop the portal spawns in your dungeon (demons) and the hord invades and then you have at last 2 less problems when YOU go for the stones.
4. Already a lot of typs but try to go with as much workers as you can at the start, i was going for 12 when i remember it right. You can toss them in the middle of the throne room if you dont need them anymore or need the population points for fighting units.
5. No sorry.
