Meaning if there's extra content, steam will usually ask you if you'd like to view said content, like an art book or ost, prior to starting the game when pressing the green play button.
Then again, you might need to check your steam settings to see if you disabled this some time ago.
No idea about the dlc bit, though. This one might unlock as soon as it releases later this year.
If it was only that. In my case, I have problems with the controller (sometimes it moves on its own, sometimes it doesn't, input lag on the buttons...). And it is not the controller (the new Doom xbox controller, so it's not like it's broken..). So, in my case, 210€+5€(shipping) and I can't even play because the game is broken. Apart from that, the figure looks awesome..
You have three codes in the box, one for the game, and two for the bandai namco site. You have to go to their site, register (you can link your steam account if you want), and register both codes (they'll give you a discount in their shop and two ZIP files with the sound track and some pics from the characters of the game)
