Fixing outdated crusader skins
I've got a lot of crusader skins which no longer work (in combat idle animation is all janked up) due to the update changing the way the game handles skins.

Now, after examining the skin files trying to figure out what I'd need to update to correct this issue, I think I know whats causing this, the format of crusader.sprite.combat.png now uses a different format than the one the old skins were made to match.

Therefore, theoratically, if I can transform the outdated image to fit the new format, those skins will be good to go.

This is where I run into several problems :
1.I'm rather clueless on how to use GIMP/etc to carefully slice up bits and pieces of images and if need be rotate them to match the functional layout.
2.Even If I knew how to do all of this stuff (and I've been experimenting with it so far), another big problem is that I simply cant tell which bits of the sprites go in the new format (this is made worse when dealing with genuinely fancy skins)

With that said, if anyone has any insight or advice to offer for a clueless person who really wants to fix these crusader skins, I'd appreciate it very much.

~Regards GhostRider.

That one hasn't been fixed yet. The update came out a few days before the patch. It simply fixed a few other things. We're all waiting for the proper update for that skin.

I see a few quick fixes have been made in the comments section but hopefully the original modder will fix her soon.

I'm trying to do the same thing GhostRider, let me know if you figure anything out and I'll do the same

I've created a prototype fix for the Faram crusader character skin, this was my first attempt at doing this kind of thing, It seems to look alright.
My only caveat is that the haubark might be misaligned slightly, but Im not entirely sure, I need a second opinion on this.
To clarify, I've tested the fixed image and it seems to work fine, now I can continue to repeat the process with the other skins.

If anyone is interested in this fix for the Faram skin, replace the crusader.sprite.combat.png file within the skins folder with this:
https://ufile.io/j7t59
(Yes this download link is temporary, sorry about that, Ill probably go and post this on the nexus so it'll be available permenantly)

Before I do that however, I'd appreciate opinions/advice if it looks alright/needs adjustment/correction, since the only part that Im not entirely sure how to align precisely is the haubark, otherwise I think it looks fine.

Edit : On second thought, I've uploaded it in the nexus, even as an 'experimental' fix, in case someone will be interested in testing it.

I'll continue doing this with other skins in my own time as I am able (I've got about 13 of them to go through '-_-)

@FrolicsomeGaiety add me on steam and I can explain what to do, do note that Im somewhat busy so Im not always available, so dont worry if I dont respond super fast.

P.S. Many thanks @2much, that example you posted helped me a lot, having a before and after image, much appreciated.

Added, thanks man. Funnily enough that Faram knight skin was the only one that was already good to go for me. I'll test your's though
