Just learning how to mod

Hello everyone, I am new about modding in general, but I know about programming, and I am programming a new class mod, and I dont know what this line of code means ".is_stall_invalidating false" I see this line of code at the end of some abilitys, and I don't really get what does.

i don't entirely know myself, but i do have an educated guess

how i understand it is on skills that heal your team these can be used to heal your team to full while fighting something weak for example a maggot

however skils have that line of ".is_stall_invalidating false" is added so that if they are used repeatedly a stall is flagged and enemy reinforcements will arrive (or atleast that's what happened previously) to prevent/discourage overhealing
