Game not able to load PNG's and other files

Hello, i'm experiencing a bug that for all intents and purposes makes the game entirely unplayable. For whatever reason, past the first few weeks, the game starts being unable to load certain hero's sprites, mainly ones on my team at the time. Right now, im on week 5 going into the cove, having had issues with the game not loading curio sprites (the golden glow one in particular) as well, and in general just cant load critical sprites. Ive attempted the entire master list fix over the last few hours and need additional help.

OS (I think): Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10GHz 2.10 GHz (Build 19043.1165)
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10GHz

Same hier too...and now my game doesn't load anymore...since i load the lasts extends

No, none whatsoever. Im just trying to upgrade my laptop at this point; it seems like its a hardware thing where it just cant run. as much as i hate to say it, perhaps you need to upgrade as well.

I got an update to you guys. Just try to run the game in the beta coming_in_hot. If you need any further explanation, give me a holler
