Anybody knows the solution of this problem? The entire text is:

couldn’t write whole file

ESC to skip

When I start the game this morning and I try to load my save, like always, this message appear.

I tried all. Restart Steam, reinstall Darkest Dungeon... I don't know what to do. I read a post in the website with the same issue. This is the link:

Same problem here. Recent too. I screwed up baaaaad cos it's been a while since I played so I went to start my campaign over and boom, crash.

I got the same bug since the latest update. No mods installed.

//Edit: After restarting the game three times, it worked again.

Same issue. No mods. Was able to run the game by running the \DarkestDungeon\_windowsnosteam version in the game's directory.

I am getting this issue as well. Just redownloaded the game after having not played in a long time.

Try this... When you load your campaign, click the Letter/scroll icon on the left of the savegame, instead of the savegame button/text. Call me crazy, but it always loads when I click the letter, and never loads otherwise...

I don't think that's how that works mate.
