increasing the inventory
I hope there is a way to increase the inventory space. I find that when ever I have almost half the dungeon left I never have enough room in my inventory for the rest of the gold or gems. I would love if there was a way for me to backtrack to the begining of the dugeon to drop off loot. At the expense of losing both torch light and stress from backtracking. But I might have too much loot becuase I run around with no torch light most of the time.

Just hang on to the most valuable things. The trip to town is long and your party can only carry so much

I think the current system works fine: it really does make you question how much you are willing to risk for loot (and the lack of space is needed for that).

I hope they add a way to.. (buy, levelup, find) as you play the game.
a backpack would be helpful.. maybe make the characters slower for it ;)

Bag of holding! :p

Maybe they could add a pack mule character that takes up a position in the party. If it dies you have to lose the items it was holding (if they don't fit in your smaller inventory)

Yeah the inventory is clearly too small and not made for medium/long dungeons, when you have two firewoods and enough food/torches to last the whole dungeon. Maybe the problem is not the inventory size, but the ridiculously small amount of items you can stack in one slot. Only 3 paintings per slot ? 1500 gold ? Come on these limitations make no sense at all. I hate having to throw stuff away just because I absolutely need the heirlooms, I need the money too, and it's completely useless to have longer dungeons if I can't keep more loot. It just feels even more grindy.

At least if we could put stuff on the ground in little bags and come grab them later when we don't have any firewood/food/torches... with a chance of the loot getting stolen maybe.

i think they should mek it so that when you camp you have a skill that alows you to sent 2-3 slots home so that i actually use the firewood bc i usually wind up throwing it out

1-2 firewood. 8-12 torches, 12-16 food for long dungeon, 5-6 slots only. As you waste resourses you free space. Inventory is fine. Learn to manage it and choose wht is valuable. Long dungeons are not for grinding. YOu can get as much gold in medium.

Yes of course, using the ressources free some space, but still I have to throw away 1/4 of the loot before having enough space. If you have several fights/lootables, at the beginning of the dungeon, and if each one got you 2 or 3 different heirlooms/valuables, you just can't take them all. Being able to buy a bag to expand the inventory, even just one line, even if it costs 50 000 gold, it would be nice.

Yea this is all about making the game difficult and more realistic. You have to manage what you want to bring in, and start using your provisions to make more room i.e. If you were to go on a long backpacking trip, you have to bring enough food with you, but if you find a bunch of portraits, crests, scripts, and gold. You wont be able to take all that stuff with you, You simply wont be able to carry it all! You can still walk off with 10k gold but not everything. They limit the amount of stacks you can get on an item to set that difficulty curve, so you wont ever walk out of a dungeon with 69 busts, 122 crests, 46 portraits, and 100k gold to upgrade your town with. They just don't want that to happen.

Remind that in later stages of the game you basicly throw away heirlooms out of the equation as you dont need these anymore once the place is built up; basically makes up new spots for more money income. You also get to enjoy the luxury of grabbing a couple holy waters here and here.

People wanting more inventory means people do not know how to proioritize what they need. I can complete most long dungeon with only using 1 camp, 24 food and 10 torches and that is it. By the end of it, I am walking away, with about, 13k in bonus loot good. If you are trying to max out an certain building, then just focus on doing mission or picking up what you need, simple.

I'd like torches to have there own 'space' you can click on easily . That would free up a couple of spaces
