Sacrificial stone too good?

Finally played and found out how they worked and they seem too good. If your people go insane and then u use them u lose bad traits or gain good traits by just using it (sorta like burning the pages on the ground but u dont have to use items to do so)

Sacrificial stone sorry, the description when u look at it calls it a barbarian ritual, not sure if its meant to be like this but i have 100% success with it getting rid of bad traits or gaining good ones.

No it isn't too good. Why would it be? Is there not allowed to be positive events in the game lol?

It's not that its positive its the fact that u only get good thigns happen at no cost of items at all.
