Too many buttons skip Intro/Cut Scene

So this is quite simple and somewhat annoying, but EVERY button on my keyboard will cause the game to skip Intro/Cut Scenes. Even the sound adjustment buttons on the side of my laptop will skip it, which after 6 attempts to watch the intro I figured it out. (Mainly because I finally had the sound just where I wanted it.)

My suggestion is to only allow the ESC key to skip Intro/Cut Scenes, which is fairly standard.

I also had this problem! The volume slider on my keyboard skips cutscenes, which was very confusing. Never had a game do that before.

I am in total agreement! I never thought something so simple would irritate me like this, especially when so many games have had the exact opposite problem. For me it was the volume buttons on my laptop, and now it's the volume control on my headphones. I support the assignment of the ESC key as a dedicated skip cutscene button.

I believe it was Final Fantasy 8 that skipped with the start button, but there was a confirmation dialogue.
Imagine that.
