Some sort of exception happened during one of Disease Events

So I was doing this infected corpse quest what I didn't knew was that Beast Carcass' and the Infected Corpse looks the same so I spent a great deal of time going back to this Beast Carcass which I though must have been an Infected Corpse what I didn't knew was that apparently the Disease Tapeworms makes your Hero loot Food Related Curios and the Beast Carcass I thought was an infected corpse? It was just a Beast Carcass anyway, it was the first thing on the hallway so I instictively pressed up as I approached it, apparently I wasn't near enough to trigger it so I went back the other room but apparently I was near enough to trigger the Disease Event check for Tapeworm but the me going back to the room sort of caused an exception causing this black screen with words to appear (Really kicking myself for forgetting to take a screenshot) then things went back to normal except that my characters' won't move and I couldn't do a thing.
