ACC in the character sheet should be 0 unless you have some sort of buff/debuff. Base accuracy is on the skill itself, so that ACC modifier is a bonus or debuff on the skill's base accuracy.
As for the damage, from what I've seen, the last skill used in a battle will lock the damage on the character sheet to whatever the modified damage is from that skill. Now, if you're in town and it shows that, then that seems like a bug, but if you notice that while out in the field then it's probably just because of the aforementioned circumstance.
Just to clarity, say you have 5-10 base damage, and you use a skill that has a -50% damage modifier that ends a fight. After the fight your character's damage will show 2-5 or 3-5 damage (depending on rounding) until the next fight when you select a new skill. It's just a display issue in that case, but again if that's also true in the hamlet then I'm not sure what's going on.
The problem seemed to fix itself, but with the ACC part it showed 0 and 0% to hit in battle, when it infact could hit. The hellion had level 1 damage both in town and in a dungeon, and did act as if it's damage was still level 1. There were no debuffs or negative quirks on the hellion at the time. After about 3 more dungeons it reverted back to normal.
I've noticed recently over the course of each dungeon the characters' overall dam range eventually will reach 0-0 regardless of trinket or quirk bonuses. The screenshot shows a lvl 2 abomination that effectively is useless in a fight. I can recall using a highwayman whose "charged up" pistol shot only did 2 dam, but I do not have a screenshot to prove that.

The "Legendary Bracer" applies +20% dam, but the negative quirk "Light sensitive" reduces dam by -10%. I removed the trinkets from the loot slot (in game dungeon), but the dam range had no effect.
I really love this game so far and would like to keep playing. Do yall have any suggestions?
