I can't for the life of me imagine why Darkest Dungeon and Team Fortress 2 would be in ANYONE'S mind for a crossover.

I don't think it would be particularly good. In fact, I think it'd be absolutely absurd and not in the slightest bit in keeping with the aesthetics of the game as established.

So, undoubtedly, someone will mod it in if Valve and Red Hook don't collaborate on one themselves.

Why in god's name would they do that, they are two completely different things that have nothing in relation at all in both genre and looks/aesthetics xD

TF2 has completely compromised any aesthetic consistency it had by making dozens of mediocre crossovers. If they were to put DD items in their game, it'd be a drop in the bucket, but putting TF2 stuff in DD would be absolutely abysmal.

if they did it will be somthing like the occultists turban or the grave robbers hat. AKA nothing of value, as somone has already said that game already has a dozen crossovers that added nothing to the game apart from hats. If you talking about adding TF2 stuff to DD then i'm going to qoute ZP.

Damn it, now I have this idea in my head about Hermione Granger and Harry Potter using magic to impersonate Batgirl and Batman to screw with some people's heads.

At best all I can see for DD is a character based on the Medic, but in looks only. All the other classes would look way too modern/silly for DD, and none of them have personalities that'd gel with DD either.

As for TF2 itself, it'd just have some DD inspired hats.

Not much of a crossover that'd be very interesting.

Not for nothing but personally I'm kind of getting sick of TF2 crossover stuff. It works out alright in TF2 itself which is over the top and ridiculous to start with but when it seeps into other games it feels like they're wasting resources that could be put into original content instead of immersion breaking nonsense.
