Bone Altar: temporary?

Is the buff supposed to be temporary? If so, it seems pretty useless.

Now serious :D what do you mean by temporary?
As far as I know it lasts till the end of the dungeon or the next camp

No it doesnt. It disapears after a few hallway squares

Only bone altar temporary or all curio buffs?
Never really bothered that much about them because I thought they last till the end of the dungeon or the next camp

Seems like a bug. In the past, altar buffs last until next camp.

Yeah it was pure luck that I noticed the altar buff wore off. I already had a buff, so I had to carefully check the individual contributions to see what it did. Only it was listed as 'other skill,' and duly wore off before I could even find something to fight.
