I'll be damned if I'm not going to complain how overpowered those bloody dogs are.
I think something really ought to be done with them. Every attack increases stress, bleeds, has a chance of inflicting rabies AND they have 28 Dodge?
Or is it that I just haven't figured out some magical way to kill the bastards?

Wait until you meet a ghoul, "Howl"ing at you 3 times in a row, critting 3 times, inflicting 30+ stress on every character and having a high dodge chance aswell.

For those beasts, there are skills that reduce dodge chance, also very useful aginst the gargoyles.

Tried decreasing their dodge with my Vestal. Would be useful if I could actually hit them. Any ways to increase accuracy of my character?

Leveling up skills at the guild increases their accuracy. Getting certain trinkets also helps (Sun and Moon trinkets are really good for this). Remember you can never have "too much" ACC.
