Don't lose hope, keep that stress under control, keep sending people to their dea... er... destiny. ;)
That said, don´t get too comfortable doing this, I´m betting my red rubber nose there will eventually be a way to lose the game.
You can do runs with level 0 adventurers that have no provisions of any kind (and going in the dark also has extra loot). Get in, get some loot and get out as soon as stress becomes an issue (or health). If lucky, you get to finish the exploration and get the reward. Once back in the town, fire the guys and hire new ones. Rinse and repeat until you have saved some money.
