How to tell action order?

Hi, and sorry for my english!

anyone can tell me if I can or how I can see order in wich units will act? I mean something like:

You can see in the top right the order in wich characters will resolve their turns. Is there anyway to tell this in this game? I know I can check the heroes speed, but sometimes the ones with slower speed go first so Im confused. It would really help to know this in order to plan what I want to do. Maybe If I know one other hero of mine will move first, I can choose to heal with this guy instead of trying to attack and so on.

The game takes place in rounds so pay attention to which enemies haven't taken an action yet. The current system works great for this game imo. Not knowing the exact turn sequence is a good thing.

Each character/monster rolls a die
Adds their SPD
Highest goes first

It does this every round. If you have a high SPD stat you wiill 'more likely' go first each round

Pretty much this.

It's a combination of character speed, speed buffs and luck.

He's not asking how it works, he's asking if there's some way to tell what the decided upon order is. Which I'd like to know as well.

So it's RNG...which is hidden from the player which makes them err on the side of caution. If it's gonna be like that there should be a turn order monitor like FFX or Lords of Xulima.
