Highwayman have MUCH higher base damage that is increased even further with pointblank shot and can be rotated with only 2 of them. I think 2 highwayman alternating Pointblank will out damage 4 jesters with dirk spam.
Wicked Slice still does more damage than Dirk Stab with a Jester. (or Open Vein or if there are 3 enemies Grapeshot).
If you're trying to use Jesters for damage it's not gonna work.
The big problem with the class balance in this game is that there's a huge disparity in base damage. Jesters average base damage is 5.5 while the Highwayman is 8. (they both have similar crit / speed).
On single target (boss) the melee of Occultist is fairly strong (Sacrificial Dagger), HWM is also strong (Open Vain), bosses that are 2x in size can be hit with Slice off from the Jester and nasty bleeding can be stacked, and IF the Leper can hit, he hits hard with all his attacks.
those rabid gnasher dog packs use a simalar tactic and they can be very annoying with their bleeds but are dealt with pretty easily because of their low health, but the jester has more health!
Dirk Train!
I was mostly pointing out one of the issues with a highwayman PBS party. All movement parties have this issue to a degree.
I personally prefer movement parties based around saders or GDs.
Pretty sure the main reason to use a 4 jester party is simply because you can, anyhow.
A) For the lawls!
B) A Fool's Errand
