At current state, 25h+, depends on your play Style (and how many party members you want to skill/upgrade/level up). For later quest enemys you need 5+ Party members and ofc need also every time to play the dungeons to unlock the boss (fight).

It really depends, so far I only levelled up one char, the rest keeps dying, so I hardly used weapon upgrades and new skills lol.

I am at 62 hours, I have my town fully upgraded, I have killed all the bosses, and I have 13 characters at level 6 (current cap).

I leveled repeated characters, so I am still going through some classes I have not maxed, but if I had picked one of every class I could be pretty much done.

After this then the only thing I can do is farm for better trinkets, which I am seriously considering doing since I am nowhere close to being tired of the game.

Hey dude, I want some tips, should I care about my heros early game or just focus on upgrading the town? They have a perchant for dying it's hard to keep them.

Lvl 0-3 heroes are pretty expendable, the further you go the more you'll notice this. Don't worry about relieving stress on anything that isn't at least lvl3, don't try to remove bad quirks, just try and save up some resources to upgrade your town and try and get used to some of the different classes.

I recommend you read through my posts here:

These two posts should give you pretty much all the necessary knowledge for doing well at the start.

Let me know if you have any specific questions.

I played 20 hours, my town is mostly upgraded (all over 40 %, 3 completly upgraded). Killed 7/9 bosses, and have leveled 4 characters to max level (6). Looking at those numbers I'd say I would need another 20 hours to finish the game completly in its current state, with character leveling being the most time consuming.

Just one more, I'll always get lvl 1 heroes or the more I progress into the game the better the heroes get? I mean can I get a lvl 2 or 3 char of the bat?

Characters from the wagon will always come at lvl 0. Once you get further into the game you can trinket them from the start and carry them with other characters.

I have ran level 3 dungeons with level 0 characters (plus a level 4), they level extremely quickly...

I have about 35-40 hours, i have most my character lv 4 with a party lv5 and one low level party for back up if i lose someome.

Ive cleared all the content, i guess i have a few boss fights on harder difficulty to clear but its nothing new.

There are two more dungeons that havent been added into the game but im more or less done with town upgrades, character upgrades, and clearning the content.

Still going want to get everyone to lv6. Wish there were more town upgrades, im really piling up the herilooms, wish i had a larger roster so i could keep leveling parties.

Hopefully with the new content they add more upgrades in town, a much higher level cap, and a few new character types along with a doubling of the roster size.

I wrote a guide. It's not very good, but it's short.

"Q: I should really be able to.
A: The food spoils, the monsters change the locks, the antivenom loses potency, and somebody smokes the herbs."

By far the part I liked the most out of the FAQ :)

you can probably get around 20-30 hours into the game right now depending on how well it goes. i know one guy who put in roughly 20 hours into the game and by then he had beaten all the current bosses.

me, i'm 11 hours in with 4 bosses beaten and most of the buildings having 30-50% upgrades done.
