What's your strategy against the hag?

I have gone through the wizened hag and the hag more than once. Every time I go into a hag fight I end up with some losses.

The hag witch is now the only boss I am missing, but I am seriously thinking of not killing her at all.

Whenever the pot is empty she throws someone in. During the fight she ends up attacking 1-2x right after one of my characters come out of the cauldron, leading to a death.

Focusing the cauldron seems like a bad idea as it goes back to full health and she's quite squishy herself. Not to mention the freaking cauldron dodges...

So, what is your strategy for going through the hag fights?

Nice 11 month old necro there, but Hag's pretty easy; Bring backline-hitters, preferably high damage over DoT effects since she's both low hp and hilariously low prot(iirc 0%) and if you're
lucky she tosses someone trivial in the cauldron(e.g. your occultist/vestal/PD) while the other three drop her remarkably low health pool down to zero in two/three rounds, which is more than enough to keep the poor thing in the cauldron medium-rare at worst. If she tosses in your main damage dealer just topple the cauldron or make-do, she really has pitiful stats for a boss, you just need to be able to reach her.

As with everyone else that isn't trying to tell you to kill the pot ("And don't forget to kill Wilbur ASAP!"), I recommend much of the same, with heroes that can hit spots 3 or 4 from a variety of posiitons in the party line-up, and preferably can do so from multiple positions. My own preference was to use a Hellion, Flagellant, Jester, and Occultist or Vestal (I like the Occultist for the Weald in general, but the Vestal for this fight more).

And holy crap do I need to check the dates of comments posted, both on the OP and the five most recent. The one on my same page is dated Jan 23, 2016 and specifically mentions an 11 month old necro. (I was really wondering why people weren't mentioning the Flagellant too, LMAO)

The only thing that seems to work against bosses is pure dps... Tanks are useless, and so is healing.. Debuffing doesnt seem to matter either.. +Prot on tanks, -dmg on boss, and the tank still takes as much dmg as a freaking cultist.. If you start trying to heal, buff, or debuff, youll spend the very few turns you do get, doing that, and youll never heal or buff around the ridiculous amounts of whole team damage bosses do.. 20+ to all 4 teammates.. ♥♥♥♥ that!

I liked this game, until I started trying the bosses... Swine King for example.. -2 speed, while my team has 5-9 and he goes 2 or 3 times in a row, not counting the constant stuns an ridiculous amounts of damage.. I had this PoS debuffed to -35%dmg, and it didnt change the dmg on My Leper, who was buffed with 35% Prot from the opening atack, until the inevitable party wipe.. I get that its supposed to be "hard", and were to go through teammates like water.. but thats just stupid! Whats the point of stats, if only the player is affected by them?! I could have dealth with all that, but it seemed to completely ignore the speed which I deliberately made sure was high before going after Sine King.. He was taking mroe turns than his little piggy, who had +23 speed!

Eventually, I just gave on trying to save people and just focused on damaging the boss. Like two or three people died but I sure won in the end.

I guess this problem is better than the 'use the search function' problem. Clearly we don't have that problem.

@Rizilliant read your barks. Yes I know 90% of them are pointless. Boss barks aren't.
