Starting a Campfire?

Hey guys, I was watching my friend play this game the other night and I was really impressed - especially the atmosphere reminded me of vagrant story on the psx.

Anyways, i watch him play through several dungeons last night but we were never able to make a campfire. How do you do this? I heard that you need a fire log or something, but I don't think we ever received one inside a dungeon or were able to buy one from the merchant for provisions.

Medium and Long quests give you firewood, no camping on Shorts!

Rightclick the Firewood in your inventory in a cleared room
If you dont have the Firewood (i.e small map) you cannot camp.

Out of curiosity, what made you guys remove the campfire materials as a provision item and move it to the current system of being given out in set quantities based on the mission length?
