When does Blood moon become stygian?

I have 220 hours in darkest dungeon but I've never completed a campaign, I've been playing very sporadically since 2018 and my problem is that whenever I start a campaign with the crimson court dlc, the blood moon difficulty does not change to Stygian, why is that?

Bloodmoon difficulty is Stygian + Crimson Court DLC (basically Stygian, but with a more lenient death and week limit; 16 deaths and 100 weeks, instead of 12 deaths and 86 weeks without the DLC).

Stygian changes to Bloodmoon. If you want Stygian, you must play without the CC.
