Any point in getting max level in each dungeon?
Maxing out to 7 each dungeon is tedious; is there any point to it?

It just gives you stronger bosses to fight, but no, you don't actually have to beat them.

Edit I guess the rewards get better too.

Ah thanks

Actually that is pretty important to me; damn, going through those dungeons is tedious but I do want to experience the lore (though maybe I might just go to youtube for that)
Some of the boss trinkets are the best in the game, if you ask me. I'm sure you don't need them to complete the game, but I can think of 2 that I always would like to get.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but won't you naturally fill out all the meters? It takes a while to build up the hamlet, and getting 7's is pretty easy.

If you're playing Darkest and need to hit the DD within the week limit you can definitely find yourself beating the game without getting any of them to 7. Of course you can always go back and finish them afterwords, but still.
Honestly, most of them aren't worth it. The trinkets are mostly trash. About the only god-tier must-have is Prophet's Eye, so I'd almost always get that.

The rest are merely okay, situationally useful at best, or complete crap.

About the only good thing about the Trophy Trinkets in general is they're penalty-free, but most of them have a "very rare" that is better.

If I have a dedicated backliner, I'm almost always going to put Prophet's Eye on them. Seriously, +15 ACC, +3 SPD (the two most important stats in the game) and then throw in -15% stress. There's nothing not to love about this.

The rest, not so much.
