The barnacle chest is just a regular chest, nothing works on it ;P
The small pool thing heals you abit if you use antivenom on it, dno if it has more things to it.

It gives 100 stress.
It's called a Bas Relief. It's a type of sculpted picture, typical of old temples and the like. In this case, I'm pretty sure it's a subtle reference to The Call of Cthulhu though.
Barnacle Covered Chest >> Shovel (Treasure)
Fish Carcass >> Herbs (Food and Treasure)
Fish Idol >> Holy Water (Temporary Buff, like the Ruins suit of armor)
Ancient Figurehead >> Nothing (Temporary Buff, like the Ruins suit of armor)
Eerie Coral >> Herbs (Remove Negative Quirk)
Brackish Tide Pool >> Antivenom (Healing)
This is worth thousands of gold and should be used and abused.
