Prices in town fluctuating?

When I came back on week 21 all the prices in town had gone up significantly, I assumed this was because after week 20 the town services naturaly become more expensive. However during the same week I had also gone to my first lvl 3 dungeon, lost my first dungeon, and lost my first dude all on the same we so I wasn't sure if those where contributing factors to trigger the prices to go up.

But now that's I've just got back on week 26, the prices are back to normal and I have no clue why. Can someone explain to me what this mechanic is and how to avoid it or return the prices back to normal when they do raise?

Prices for stress recovery are higher the higher the resolve level of the hero involved.

Hahaha, wow.. I never knew that. I had all my guys at resolve level three so it didn't occur to me that it was because of their resolve levels until I noticed the prices where lower for my new batch of recruits.

Everything is more expansive for higher level heroes, including quirk and disease treatment as well :)
