In short, those four slots counter-effect eachother perfectly, saving slots from being filled with far worse combos, which is brilliant. Shame we can't 'lock' negative quirks as they naturally get replaced by RNG after missions or via curios. I'll be a sad hag when they get swapped for -damage/-crit nonsense.
In terms of this event actually occuring... I think it's fine. They don't need to be mutually exclusive, I just thought it was entertaining to see this character be barred from EVERY form of stress relief with just 2 negative traits. Just red x marks everywhere lol
