There's also Black Reliquary which features an entirerly different campaign with it's own systems, it's pretty much a seperate game at this point.
Beyond that there are popular mods that add new dungeons like Sunward Isles, Vermintide, and Pet Cemetery, as well as the overhaul mods Courtyard Plus and Farmstead Plus.
All those mods feature their own sets of monsters, for mods that specifically add new monsters to existing regions you can look at Koala's Creature Collection or Here Be Monsters.
Hero mods are a mixed bag with balance, but I can recommend anything made by Marvin Seo, their hero mods are well balanced for vanilla and the visuals fit perfectly with DD artstyle.
Some are anime but you can just go for the ones that interest you or fit what theme you are going for in your campaign.
